The Regius Ten Year Guarantee

For a period of ten years from the date of installation the Company guarantees to remedy without charge any manufacturing defect in the windows or malfunction of materials used in such windows, provided that:

The installation has been carried out by the company or its nominated contractors in accordance with the Company's installation manual and;

That the product has not been subject to abuse or malicious or criminal damage by any third party and;

Such guarantee includes all materials used and all labour provided but excludes broken glass and all acts of god.

All claims under this guarantee must be made in writing quoting Contract Number and Contract address as well as the Customer's full name. All such claims must be made within fourteen days of the default becoming apparent and must be sent to the Company's Head Office as shown on the original contract. No guarantee claims will be dealt with unless in writing.

Nothing in this guarantee affects the statutory rights of the Customer and all such claims will be investigated and dealt with accordingly within 28 working days of such notice.

The Company warrant that all goods sold are compliant with relevant kite mark requirements and British Standards and also warrant that all materials supplied and all activities subsequent to such supply of materials are compliant with Approved Document L1 of the Building Regulations 2000.

This guarantee and any subsequent compliance certificate or insurance underwriting in relation to the guarantee sent to you by the Independent Warranty of Fensa should be kept safe and secure and may be transferred in the event of the property listed above being sold.

The Regius Window & Conservatory Co are members of the Independent Warranty and Fensa. All contracts carried out by The Regius Window & Conservatory Co. are regulated under Approved Document L1 of the Building Regulations 2000
